YOU can change the future!
The impoverished area of Klipheuwel has a major animal overpopulation problem, which is creating neglect, abuse, and suffering. The best way to combat this is by reducing overpopulation – and that means spay and neuter.
Project Klipheuwel Animals aims to sterilise 80% of the dogs and cats of Klipheuwel.
FAW is working with Tygerberg Animal Hospital and City of Cape Town’s Ward 105 on this project.

Throughout the last couple of years, volunteers have been working with the farms around Klipheuwel and the residents in the township itself, sterilising and vaccinating animals whenever possible, helping injured/ill animals, and encouraging good pet ownership.
